Our Flight Greeting now delivers a professional passenger friendly service designed to meet the needs of all visitors whether it is meeting arrivals, assisting with check-in, foreign exchange, luggage storage and retrieval, lost luggage or any other service at the airport. We can also pre-arrange transfers at clients request (for clients account).

This service is currently available at Oliver Tambo International, Lanseria and Cape Town Airports.

Sevices include:

Arrivals

• Travellers/delegates/VIP’s/guests greeted after baggage collection in the arrival hall by uniformed staff with hand held named board,
• Corporate or incentive tour logo.
• Delegates will then be advised of location of money exchange or other services.
• Delegates will be directed to and assisted with domestic check in if required.
• Delegates will be directed to transfer collection point and/or luggage storage.
• We will co-ordinate with hosts and drivers re lost bags, no shows etc.
• We will eliminate unnecessary delays for large groups.

Departures

• We co-ordinate arrivals at the airport terminal/bus terminal and ensure sufficient trolleys are available.
• Baggage sorting and retrieval from storage if necessary.
• Leading group into terminal to check in counters.
• Direction to VAT refund counter.
