Our services are limited to providing information and guidance services. However we will assist with stored and lost luggage. Any additional costs will be for the clients account.

We offer the services of experienced Meet and Greet agents for a 1.5 hour period from the time of arrival and 15 minutes before the estimated time of arrival. In case of delays we will make every effort to extend our service beyond this time at no extra cost.

In the event of delays, we will contact the hosts/organizers and inform them of such delays and make alternative arrangements as necessary.

Please note if this is a group arrival and booked as such it may be necessary to combine the service of more than one passenger or group. A passenger may be asked to wait in a restaurant or waiting area for a reasonable time.

Flight Greeting does not provide a passenger care or wheelchair service. Please contact your airline for details.

We are not responsible for the check-in, immigration clearances and security clearances. This remains the responsibility of each passenger.
